The 10 Best Affordable Clothes Shops in Korea

The 10 Best Affordable Clothes Shops in Korea

Korea is known for affordable trendsetting fashion clothes stores and Seoul even has its own fashion week. There are so many clothes stores that easily compete with international brands and are worth checking out. Of course it depends on your style and taste and for tall people finding clothes stores with sizes that fit in Korea can be challenging.

We have compiled a list of our top ten best clothes stores offline and online in Korea for you here that accommodates different styles and sizes.

Take your measurements and write them down if you shop online and disregard the sizing of the individual garment. Use the size charts instead to find the right size accordingly. Even within the same brands, sizes can differ because of the pattern making and cutting direction of the textiles.

There are also many outlets in Korea where you can find domestic and foreign brand names at a discounted rate. Ana G wrote on Sitejabber: “Obsessed (and I hate online shopping) I was skeptical as one should be when ordering online, and especially when a website has such great low prices. Everything I got was exactly what I expected. I bought shoes, shirts, hats, and I loved it all. It arrived in relatively good time, and the items are super cute. The traditional full outfit consists of many layers and is not very convenient for everyday wear. This designer brand has modernized and simplified the design making it wearable for modern people while still maintaining the distinct details of a hanbok.  A traditional jacket for the female hanbok has been redesigned and turned into a wearable overcoat for example. The website gives thorough size charts and washing directions.

The size charts are very easy to understand and you can choose Worldwide shipping and Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese language. The detailed product description is by default in Korean but uses Google translation and it works fine. General sizes in Korea are smaller since they are adapted to the Korean standard and finding clothes stores for sizes that differ just slightly from the standards can be very difficult - even in Western mainstream brand stores. Bras come in Korean sizes which are the European system but the cups are one letter up. E.g. if you use a European 80C your Korean size will be an 80D. They also carry shapewear.
